DISCLAIMER & BOOKING TERMS

All readings are provided for entertainment purposes only and are intended to offer personal reflection, insight and perspective.

You must be 18 years of age or over to book or receive a reading.

I am not a medical professional, mental-health, legal or financial professional. Nothing discussed during a reading should be regarded as medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Where appropriate you should seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.

Tarot, Astrology and Remedies are interpretive practices. No statement made during a reading should be regarded as established fact, certainty or a guarantee of future outcomes.

Any discussion concerning the thoughts, feelings, intentions, conduct or circumstances of another person is interpretive and alleged only. I cannot independently verify the private thoughts, intentions, actions or circumstances of third parties.

Once the reading has taken place, the fee is non refundable, except where a refund is required by law. If you fail to attend a booked appointment or arrive late, refunds will not normally be provided for time that has been reserved for you, subject always to your statutory rights.

All readings are question-based. I do not offer general readings.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Your booking reserves a specific appointment time exclusively for you.

If you cancel 72 hours or more before your appointment, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

If you cancel less between 24 and 72 hours before your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or you do not attend your appointment, no refund will normally be provided, as your appointment time has been reserved for you and may no longer be possible to offer to another client.

If you arrive late, your reading will still finish at the originally scheduled time and the full booking remains payable. For example, arriving 10 minutes late for a 60 minute reading leaves up to 50 minutes available.

Once a reading has been provided, The service is considered completed and the fee is nonrefundable, except where required by law. You are paying for my reserved time and the provision of the reading, rather than for a particular answer, prediction or outcome. This satisfaction with the content or interpretation of a reading does not, by itself, entitled you to a refund.

If I need to cancel your appointment and we cannot agree a suitable alternative date, you will receive a full refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
