To fulfil your order and maintain support, we may require your name, contact and birth details (date, place and, if known, place of birth). Your data is kept in a safe environment. It is not published on the Internet or passed onto third parties unless specifically requested by you. For example, you may want to access a pdf report or an mpg3 recording via a private link via the web. Should you wish to have access to your data in our files or have them amended or deleted, please contact us directly and we will act accordingly provided you can verify your identity. We require that we hold this data for a minimum of 12 months or as long as a Forecast is valid so we can provide support or have a complete record of the transaction. This means, for example, that we can recreate the analysis if you make a complaint. Without this information we cannot address these issues.
